This product is a foam mat with removable straight edges. It is suitable for use on any flat floor and can be used for HIIT exercises. The textured side should be facing up. It is also suitable for use in a garage to prevent cold flooring. The mats hold together well and can stop things from sliding around. They are useful in a tent to give extra padding on the ground. However, they do have a strong petroleum odor which can transfer onto clothing. Some customers have reported the mats moving around a lot or creating terrible impressions from their chair.
