Check out the Garmin Support link for your Tacx, they can help you find an adapter that will work. I had a similar problem with my Giant Defy.

Garmin Tacx Flow Smart Trainer

The Garmin Tacx is a great stationary bike trainer that comes with built-in sensors for cadence, power, and speed. It is compatible with 700c and hybrid bike tires and works with iOS apps such as Zwift and the native Tacx app. The product comes with many bolt adaptors to fit almost all road/commuter bikes. However, some users had issues with the ERG mode going wonky and found the trainer to be loud, heard throughout the whole house. Yet, many reviewers agreed that it is easy to assemble and value for money.
