Another customer's complaint wasn't about the product itself, but rather about the delivery and packaging services of Walmart. While the product was great, the containers were opened and damaged, and the activation lotion was frozen. Another customer's experience was worse as they received a fully crushed box with frozen activation lotion. Customers also shared their mixed experiences with the product itself. One customer expected a darker brown shade, 3.11 Darkest Platinum Brown Permanent Hair Color, but ended up with black and dried out hair.
