Dee Zee DZ95002 Cab Rack Tie Down Anchors

The Dee Zee DZ95002 Cab Rack Tie Down Anchors have received a mixed reception from customers, reflecting primarily on the quality of the product itself while highlighting some concerns regarding customer service. Many users appreciate the solid Construction and functionality of the brackets, noting their effectiveness for securely mounting lights and their compatibility with various rack systems, such as Thule. However, some users have expressed frustration about the design limitations, particularly the inability to slide past a 45-degree angle, which can restrict versatility in certain applications. On the other hand, the customer service experience has been criticized, with reports of uncooperative representatives when seeking replacements for defective parts. This perception of inadequate support could detract from the overall satisfaction with the product itself, which is otherwise well-regarded for its quality and reliability. In summary, while the Dee Zee DZ95002 Cab Rack Tie Down Anchors offer a robust and dependable solution for users needing anchor points on their cab racks, potential buyers should be aware of the limitations in design and the varying levels of customer service reported by other users. **
