- Question : Is there an eye vitamin for smokers?Answer : Whether you are a smoker or not, you still need vitamin A, E, Minerals etc. One of the simple things you can do to enhance your intake of a vitamin for the eye is to eat a tablespoon or two of pure tomato paste.
