    Answer : Of course you must remove any visual mildew with the proper cleaner or remove wood and replace. Damp Rid will freshen air and remove any damp smell. I use the hanging ones in all of my closets. I would definitely also get a small electric air cleaner for whatever your room size is. It cleans mold, pollen, etc.
  • Question : How long does it last? I know this will vary by room size and humidity, but let's say a small bathroom.

  • Question : Does this cover a garage? What aisle did you use for your garage?
    Answer : I used it a 2 car garage and it worked fine,absorbing moisture until it reached its capacity. The garage is under my home.

    Answer : It didn't seem to have a fragrance. I have many allergies and it did not bother me. Maybe the company could put this on the container. It worked well until I found I didn't need it as much.
