PreserVision AREDS2 is a great eye supplement that is designed to protect your eyes from age-related issues like macular degeneration. It has a number of ingredients that are tailored to boost eye health including omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins C and E, zinc, copper and zeaxanthin. It lacks beta-carotene, which is a plus for smokers or ex-smokers because beta carotene has been linked to an increased incidence of lung cancer in smokers. This supplement is ideal for individuals who are at risk of eye problems, those who are currently experiencing eye problems or those who simply want to maintain healthy eyes. It is equally important to consult with your doctor before taking this or any other supplement.
