However, some buyers have experienced problems with the door latches coming loose and the ramps being too slippery or steep for their pets. Some have also reported missing parts on delivery. Nevertheless, with some minor modifications, such as fleece or adhesive felt squares, the issues have been fixed giving the pets a comfortable and safe place to call home.
