The cards are normal playing card size. The tin is smaller than the description and much smaller than the images. It measures 1 3/16 high (not 1.97"), 5 1/8" wide (not 5.91"), 6 1/8" high (not 6.69").

Is it a good game for 2 people to play?

Oh yeah of course!! The more people the longer the game can go but you can still have a pretty long, worthwhile, game with just 2 people. That’s pretty much how I’ve always played it. Have fun!!

How many blank cards come in this package?

Not sure about Blank cards, but it comes with Draw two cards, Reverse cards, Skip cards, Draw four cards and Wild cards. Maybe Wild cards are same as Blank Cards?

Does this uno tin comes with the jumbo cards or is it just the tin box?

Can the plastic holding inside be removed? And if so, is it big enough to hold two sets of Uno games?

Yes. The plastic inside does come out. You can fit two sets. It may be a little snug.
