They are hard and feel like a regular baseball. The only thing I noticed was the strings feel a little tiny bit high. They throw and hit like regular baseballs. I think they are a good baseball for the price. I like them actually. I’d use them for sure .

As far as I know they are official game balls for Little League and my brother and nephew use them for practice, but I do not know if they have raised seams. I hope this is helpful.
