Floss AFTER whitening. If you floss first and it causes any bleeding, the peroxide will attack it like an open sore & it will sting JUST LIKE it does when you pour peroxide onto a cut. And that spot on your gum will turn white & hurt.

Can I do rounds of whitening back to back?

The instructions say it is approved for up to 14 days in a row. I'm currently on day 13 and have had no issues so far, just better results.

I noticed it said that you do not rinse after spitting out the excess gel at the end. Is it okay to wear with retainers and aligners afterwards?

Leave the aligners off for 20 min.

The blue light turns off and on, defective?

The phone needs to be unlocked.

I have tried every product out there that says in 5 days your teeth will be white. I haven't found that to be true. Does this stuff really work?

Depending on how yellow your teeth are, it depends. I did mine for 10 minutes for the first treatment instead of just 5. And day 1 it’s already a difference and my teeth whitened up. It also says don’t eat immediately after using the treatment, so be aware when you want to use it.

Does this contain fluoride?

No, it's a whitening system, not a cavity protection system.

Can you spread the gel on the mouthguard instead of on the teeth?

You can however since the mouth guard is not molded to the teeth, I have found that it is a big waste of gel. The regular method works well enough.

Can I have coffee? I mean not within 20 minutes of the application or is it a week without coffee?

Yes. As long as you wait 30 minutes after applying teeth whitening light. My teeth are extremely white & I highly recommend this product.
