- Question : High fructose corn syrup? 👎🏻Answer : Yes, it actually does have HFCS. This is the original Amp recipe from Mountain Dew. It has about 38grams sugar per can. The updated drinks have sucralose, or stevia extract or aspartame or some other artificial sweetener. Pick your poison ;)
