    Answer : The weight capacity for the entire desk is 33 pounds so as long as your monitor, the arm and whatever else you have placed do not exceed that, you will be good to go!
  • Question : When standing this product feels great but monitor feels too elevated when sitting. Is there a solution for that?
    Answer : A freely height adjustable monitor mount such as STAND-V001O or V002O could be used with it, so then the monitors can also be moved up and down.
  • Question : Is there a trick to lowering the desk? I've just set it up and it's seemingly stuck in the highest position.
    Answer : You need to make sure both levers are pushed up, then apply a little downward pressure on the desk top (with the levers still pushed up). It is a little stiff.
  • Question : How can I find installation instructions as mine didn’t seem to arrive with any.

The VIVO Black Height Adjustable Stand up Desk is a great solution for those who need to alternate between sitting and standing. It is very stable and easy to switch positions. It may take up to 4 hours to assemble but the step-by-step instructions make it an easy process. It is made of a combination of plastic, metal, and manufactured wood. The keyboard tray is tiltable but not adjustable in height. Users over 6 feet tall may find that they need more height in the standing position.
