Here are the previous keypads and issues:3710 - keypad membrane failure, 3715 - keypad membrane failure,4715 - keypad membrane failure,3000 - very durable & robust, 5715 - designed with the same key membrane as the 3000 keypads. The locks, there are actually two basic versions. The 4200 and the 4200M.The 4200M has the latest chip sets and programming variations to help control lockout and battery drain issues.
