The IDOGEAR Blow-Out Medical Pouch is a small tactical medic pouch made of 500D Nylon. It does not come with a med kit and is just the pouch and cable. It has several MOLLE loops that are stitched shut, limiting attachment. The pouch protects everything inside, and it comes with the red cross patch sewing on the pouch. Some customers found it hard to attach to standard MOLLE webbing due to the weird distance of placed molle straps. Some reviewers had issues with the poor quality of the material and the lack of MOLLE specifications. Overall, it seems to be a LBT knockoff of good quality for a much better price.
