Before masking, so yes please kindly do your routine cleanse and use your toner ( it helps soothe irritated skin, balancing the pH of the skin). For the next step of applying your regular nighttime moisturizer, it depends on your skin concerns. This face mask is supposed to be left on overnight or should be worn to 4 hours (it helps skin hold onto moisture longer) as it is the last step in your nighttime skincare routine. You might be able to skip applying your regular nighttime moisturizer, but those with very dry skin may still want to double up on both.
