  • Question : All the pictures show it on laminate flooring. Has anyone used it on carpet? My apartment doesn’t have laminate flooring.
    Answer : I use it everyday in my living room and it’s carpet. Works beautifully!
  • Question : How do you oil this treadmill I lost the booklet on how I to oil the treadmill
    Answer : Lift up the belt. Drop the oil onto the belt from the bottle couple of drops. Turn the machine on and let it run for 1-2 minutes. You should only have to oil it every six months or so.
  • Question : Can a replacement control be bought?
    Answer : I don’t see why not, but l’m not 💯 percent sure.
  • Question : Does this automatically shut off after a certain period of time? If so, what is that duration?
    Answer : Yes, it automatically goes into a sleep mode, but for it to shut down completely, you need to turn it off with the switch.
  • Question : Anyone have videos of it operating at full speed? Can it handle it?
    Answer : I can do a light jog on mine but not a full on running speed that a normal treadmill would allow you to do.
  • Question : Is it an infrared remote control?
    Answer : Yes
  • Question : What is the maximum weight a person can be to use this item? In description it states 300 lbs but in video it states 242 lbs. Thank you
    Answer : Hmm, don’t think I can answer that friend. I’m not the seller. I will say though I have a co-worker who has one and she’s probably around 225. No issues for her.
