- Question : Does the 40 oz fit in most car cup holders?Answer : The 24oz and 32oz are generally the best options for cup holders. The bottle diameters are: 24oz / 3.12 inches, 32oz / 3.43 inches, 40oz / 3.6 inches.
- Question : Do you have to flip the carry handle to press the button? I’m hoping to throw this in my kids backpacks but I don’t want things to hit the button?Answer : Yes, the handle covers the press button so you will have to flip the carry handle.
- Question : Does the 24oz bottle fit in standard car cup holders? (I know the 32oz doesn’t.)Answer : Our 24oz is about 3.5 inches wide, and can fit most cup holders.
- Question : I purchased this product on March 7th and the lock release is already broken and firing across the room. Is this normal?Answer : If you send them a message and tell them, they should send you a replacement lid since the bottle is so new.

The Owala FreeSip Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle with Straw for Sports and Travel is a great water bottle that comes with a built-in straw and offers a variety of drinking options. The ice stays cold for more than 12 hours, and the bottle doesn't sweat. While the bottle is easy to clean, it requires a bottle brush. Customers generally love the size and durability, and the fact that the lid locks the cap down so there is no chance of it spilling. Customers rave about the built-in straw and wide mouth drinking options. The bottle can fit most car cup holders except for the 32oz and 40oz options. The biggest complaint is that the finger loop used to carry the bottle can easily break and Owala doesn't sell any replacement lids. Some customers noted that the ice doesn't last as long as other brands they've used.
