  • Question : Does it have a drain pump?
    Answer : Yes, the newer models being sold now have a drain pump. The small hose on the side of the machine works better when draining into a container no higher than a five-gallon bucket.
  • Question : Donde es la salida de agua
    Answer : Del lado derecho ay una mangera esa mangera se destraba y ahí sale el agua.
  • Question : Does the clothes really get dry or does it just spin the water out?
    Answer : It spins the water out. There isn’t a dryer. Clothes dry overnight when hung.
  • Question : Not draining anymore, is there troubleshooting for that?
    Answer : Same problem. No longer. Impossible to contact company. No longer recommend due to lack of customer service.
  • Question : Where can I get extra belts?
    Answer : I have been trying for months to contact the company for help. I have a non-working piece of junk not a washer.
  • Question : Can i use Tide pods in this machine?
    Answer : It doesn’t require as much detergent as regular washers. The manual will explain. I barely use 1/4 of a capful of liquid and still get suds.
  • Question : Can both sides open ?
    Answer : Both lids open…the one on the left is for washing and the right is for spinning. Wash and spin are 2 different sections.
  • Question : Can you wash pants in this washer?
    Answer : Most certainly you can! It can be used for work clothes and other lightweight clothes.
