Carlson Norwegian Cod Liver Oil is a great way to supplement Vitamin A and D in the body. The oil is processed through molecular distillation which ensures purity and retention of freshness and omega-3 fatty acid content. This oil is pure and has no additives. The Lemon flavor is light and neutral, while the Unflavored version had a bit of a fish taste. The oil is best had at room temperature although it solidifies in the freezer. The product is beneficial for the heart, joints and better immunity.
