The yellow vise-like part adjusts to secure watch cases while opening and closing waterproof backs. The blue part is adjustable and can be used to open the case back. Just adjust the tool so that the metal pegs line up with the notches around the perimeter of the watch back to both remove and secure from/to watch. It comes with a base and 4 adjustable nylon pegs. The tool vise may be mounted on a desk or workbench and firmly holds cases up to 70mm in diameter.
