- Question : This chips within a day of applying. Any tips to stop this? I used exactly as the bottle says to use....Answer : Yes it chips. And it works. It is very thin. Don’t think of it as a nail polish. Think of it almost as a serum, like you would put on your face. Keep putting it on. When it builds up, take it off and reapply. Eventually you will not have to have it on 24/7. This works where all the topical hardeners in the world did not. It’s cheap-use it every day.
- Question : Do you apply 2 coats every day for three days?Answer : Yes I apply a couple coats every day …sometimes even over polish … Then remove it and start over …I often start with two or three coats the first day….. The product has really helped my nails grow.

Aren’t these ingredients bad for nails?Answer : While acetate and acetone sound similar they’re not actually the same thing and thus don’t have the same effect on nails, and adding alcohol to a word means that something is bonded with a Hydrogen-Oxygen group of atoms, not all alcohols have the same properties and so not all of them damage nail polish

- Question : Is it safe to leave on for weeks? Or must remove using mail polisher remover after few days?Answer : It seems to not last for weeks!! When I put the product on my nails, by itself, it would peel. I have been putting the proton as a base coat and top coat. That seems to last.
- Question : My husband has nails that are splitting...but he won't wear a shiny polish, so 2 questions: 1-is the polish shiny? 2-are men using this product?Answer : Yes it is shiny especially if you use 2 coats. I don't know if men are using it, but I believe that he could use one coat, which is a more subtle shine like you get when you buff your nails.
