The 20 Channels Wireless Calling System has a good range and is very simple to use. It doesn't take up much space, making it perfect for food trucks, restaurants, churches and shops. The handheld unit is very small and the customers receive their food order quicker. However, the range can be affected by the placement of the base. It is best to place it near the window. The pagers are not loud enough and don't vibrate hard enough, making it difficult to notify the customers about their orders. There is also no way to contact the company if a pager doesn't work.
