I have a mid ride level iii retention holster. By removing the 2” belt loop and using this one, will I still have a mid ride height?

No, it raises the holster up pretty high. I ended up not using it. Got in the way of my vest.

Does this work with the 567 2” revolver holster?

I think it’s comparable with all holster models.

Do I have to use a T spacer or will the holster still be able to attach? I have a level 3 holster for when I’m off duty or side job carry.

You can use a T spacer if you want but not required. I use this loop on my ALS off-duty rig.

Does this seem to hold the holster closer to the body than the paddle?

Yes it does as long as you are not using the quick holster detach clips. Contours to you hip well.
