It is tailored just for women although protein powders in general regardless of brand can be consumed by both men and women, but this one makes me feel good that it is specifically for women with a good amount of protein per serving.

    Answer : I have the canister in front of me now, and there is no mention of soy or maltodextrin anywhere on the label. The ingredients include microfiltered whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, whey peptides, skim milk, natural flavors, xanthan gum (to thicken) stevia, and fructose
  • Question : How much is in a scoop? There was no scoop in mine
    Answer : There are two tablespoons in one scoop.
  • Question : Does this have caffeine?
    Answer : No, there is no caffeine.
  • Question : Can I replace 2 meals with this? Can you add peanut butter or fruit??
    Answer : You can but it’s not recommended. You can add fruit and plain Greek yogurt instead of water for a milkshake consistency.
  • Question : Has anyone bought the 2lb and receive a half-empty container?
    Answer : I did not weigh it when it arrived to make sure it was 2 lbs, but yes it was half empty.
  • Question : Does this product have lactose in it?
    Answer : Yes, there would be small amounts of lactose in the product as it combines whey protein concentrate and isolate, and concentrate has some lactose while isolate has less.
