Format: Blu-ray Science Fiction Editorial Review
ThunderCats: The Complete Series (DVD-R) [Blu-ray] is a nostalgic and enjoyable watch for fans of the iconic 80s series. With improved picture quality, it can be watched and appreciated by both adults who grew up with the show and the younger generation. The price for the complete set is also affordable. However, there are some drawbacks to this product. Some customers have reported issues with the disc quality, such as bubbles in the plastic that cause freezing and the inability to watch certain episodes. It is advisable to inspect each disc for defects before purchasing. Additionally, there seems to be confusion regarding the "complete series" label. The set only includes the first season of the rebooted ThunderCats series, not the original 80s series. While the show itself is still enjoyable, this discrepancy has led to disappointment for some buyers. Overall, ThunderCats: The Complete Series (DVD-R) [Blu-ray] offers a trip down memory lane and a chance to introduce the ThunderCats to a new generation, but potential customers should be aware of the disc quality issues and the fact that it only includes the first season of the rebooted series.
