  • Question : Will this pineapple feeder also attract Orioles? Does anyone see Orioles feeding from this feeder?
    Answer : Orioles may be attracted to this feeder, however it is recommended for hummingbirds.
  • Question : How do I attract hummingbirds to the yellow feeder? I tried tying a red ribbon nearby.
    Answer : Be patient. It takes a lot of time for birds to “find” a new feeder usually. You might try tying a very short red ribbon to this feeder if possible.
  • Question : How do you keep the nector from draining out the flowers? All the nectar drained out in less than 5 min.
    Answer : Based on the description, it sounds like the feeder has a loose connection. We recommend disassembling then reassembling the feeder, making sure all connection points are tight. Please give us a call at 855-737-5973 with any questions!
  • Question : Can I order a replacement base??? The part broke when I was taking the gasket off to clean it.
    Answer : Replacement parts (other than perches and flowers) are not available for this feeder. It has a one yr replacement policy. We do not recommend removing the gasket when cleaning.
  • Question : My flowers are leaking all my feed out what do i do?
    Answer : To avoid leaking make sure the feeder is not in direct wind or sunlight. We would also recommend taking the feeder apart and putting it back together, making sure all pieces are secure but not too tight. If the feeder continues to leak, please give us a call at 855-737-5973!
  • Question : Help! can't get top to seal, not even close! i can pull it right off. how do i get it to stay on?
    Answer : Sorry to hear this. The rubber seal on the lid should fit snugly when the lid is pressed on to the feeder. If this is not happening, please contact us directly at 855-737-5973 so that we can assist further.
  • Question : How do you put the base back together after separating it to clean?
