Will this standing bike work for a bike with a cargo rack on the rear of the bike?

Yes, my bike has a rear rack and it fits just fine.

How large are the casters? Are they large enough that the loaded bike stand can be wheeled on carpet?

Our bike stand can roll on carpet with no problem.

Will this work for bikes with rear fenders?

It will not work for bikes with rear fenders.

Has anyone put a Giant Talon 29" bike on this?

I have not. But I tested it up to 55 pounds and it worked. I used the caster wheels to level out the base.
