The CCX 600 Microsoft Teams Edition IP Phone by Poly is designed to provide high-quality VoIP calls and support Teams telephony functionality. It has a black, desktop form factor and is capable of wireless technologies like Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The phone comes with a corded handset that detaches from the base unit, has a USB port, and PoE (RJ-45) port but the power supply is optional. However, it should be noted that there have been reports from customers that they received a different, older model of the phone that does not support Teams telephony functionality, despite the product description and images showing otherwise. Furthermore, the phone is pwd protected and the seller does not provide a password or a way to reset it. Microsoft does not support these phones, even though they are listed on their website as "Certified Devices". Additionally, the software is glitchy and Microsoft's support is poor.
