    Answer : Put a little bit of water on the pads before applying to skin and before putting the plastic back on. That is what my chiropractor told me to do and it works.

    Answer : The first time or so that I use any gel pad including the ones that came with the Aleeve tens unit I get help from my wife getting them off the first 2 times then they are fine. I ue them at least 20 times. Baron
  • Question : Is the Aleve tens unit better than the WItouch unit?
    Answer : Have no idea. I have the Aleve and buy refills for witouch. Refills are same but less expensive if you buy for witouch. Check specs to compare. I use my Aleve most mornings and like it.
  • Question : They are so thick and curl up right away, so I can't get them to stay on the pad. Is there a way around this?
    Answer : Mine only tend to curl at the edges after several uses & I can easily rub them back into place. Maybe make sure the surface is clean & dry & free of any oils that might have come from your skin. I would wipe the surface down with an alcohol pad & let it dry before applying the pads to see if that helps...
  • Question : Has anyone tried these on a Quell?
    Answer : No I have not.
  • Question : what are the expression dates of these pads?
    Answer : I received my pads in Oct. 2016 and they have a use by date of Sept. 2018
