In terms of improvements, the strip should have an opaque film to eliminate the green edge problem and be thinner and more flexible for better TV contouring. The RGBIC segments should be smaller for more accurate display of small details. The camera itself needs to be higher quality, both in terms of the sensor and the plastic materials used. Additionally, the app should provide more adjustment points to capture the TV's display, rather than just six points. Overall, the Nanoleaf 4D TV Sync Camera and Smart Addressable Gradient Lightstrip Kit has potential but requires significant revisions to be a recommended product. It is fairly pricey and may only work well with vivid and colorful pictures. While the response time is decent, an HDMI solution might have been a faster alternative.
