This step ladder receives mostly positive reviews from customers, with many highlighting its great quality, fast delivery, and good value for the price. Customers appreciate the sleek and low-profile design of the ladder, with one user mentioning that it looks nice in black. The ladder is noted to be sturdy and stable, with one customer mentioning that it is the perfect size for cleaning a large SUV. The step ladder is also praised for its excellent step length and width, making it easy and secure to use. However, some customers have encountered issues with the assembly process, noting that the parts do not fit well together, leading to safety concerns. One customer mentioned that the handrails were difficult to assemble but felt secure once the ladder was put together.
