- Question : Can the magnetic stylus be replaced?Answer : No information available on the product description
- Question : Are the beads removable from the board?Answer : No, the metal beads are permanently sealed in the magnatab base.
- Question : Is there a storage space provided for the stylus?Answer : Yes, the magnatab has a storage slot for the stylus.
- Question : What is up with the arrows for writing v and w? In the picture, the arrows are going in the wrong direction. Why?Answer : When kids first start to write letters they use many lines to write a letter. Not one fluid motion adults use. It is teaching them to begin at the top.
- Question : Within a day, 4 balls on the lowercase version and 1 ball on the uppercase version became stuck. Is this usual? Is there a way to fix it?Answer : I've had a handful of balls get stuck over time. When that has happened, usually my kids have gotten a tiny piece of sand or dirt into the little hole. I've fixed it by taking a toothpick and gently cleaning out whatever got in there.
- Question : I am very confused. Some reviews say it is fantastic! And some say that it is very poor quality and didn't work. Can anybody confirm one way or the other?Answer : I work at a preschool and we have all of these boards - uppercase, lowercase, and numbers. It is a fantastic learning tool for 2-5yr olds. We use them every day and they have all lasted wonderfully.
- Question : Besides the color, is this different than the blue magnatab?Answer : There are several different designs. There is uppercase and lowercase, as well as cursive. This model is specifically lowercase letters.
