Whats better this or a blackstone? (Electric)

I have both. I recommend both. I use and keep the Blackstone outside and I use the Ninja inside when the weather won’t allow outside cooking.

Is the cord attached?

Yes the cord is attached. You won’t regret buying this. I have two. I love mine. Never smokes, I made filet on mine Christmas, they were perfect.

What is the Black residue from dish washer the underside has residue after dishwasher?

Mine had no residue. I’ve used it probably 40 or 50 times and never seen it. Could it be grease from the food you cooked?

Does the cover close completely to make panini?

The cover is a splatter shield. You’re looking for something that has heat on top and bottom. This is an indoor grill and griddle. Hopefully this helps you.

Does this have any teflon on it?

It’s a non stick coating not sure what kind.

Gr100 griddle plate buy one??

It comes with a grill plate and a griddle plate. We love it.

How much smoke would it produce?

I have never had any smoke. I love it. Easy to clean.

No. Both griddle and grill plates have a non stick coating and does not require any pre-seasoning.

Is this cord have a 3 male prong or 2?

It’s has 3. Best kitchen appliance ever. I have two sizzler.
