The Safety 1st Crosstown All-in-One Convertible Car Seat is a versatile car seat that can be used for rear-facing, forward-facing, and belt-positioning booster seats. It has a spring assist EZ-out harness system, which keeps the straps propped up for easy access to the child. Customers had positive feedback about the comfort of the car seat, especially the head and body pillows. It is easy to clean and has bright, vibrant colors. However, one customer complained that the straps don't tighten enough when installed rear-facing, causing the car seat to sway or topple from side to side during rough driving. Another customer wished the instructions were clearer on how to use the straps. The car seat is aircraft approved and replacement covers are available through the Consumer Care Team. While the product is generally well-liked, the easily removable cup holders were a downside for one customer.
