I need a 37.Answer : I normally wear a size 8-1/2 M - 9 M shoe depending on style. I get the size 40 (which would be a size 9) and they fit nicely, to wear with or without socks. If I wanted an 8-1/2 I would get the size 39 (8-1/2), but the 40 (9) fits me better. Unless they have changed their sizing (which I hope they have not) a size 38 would be a size 8.
- Question : So these have a removable insole with good arch support for plantar fasciitis issues?Answer : Unfortunately, it does not have removable insoles and the arch support would not, in my opinion, help with plantar fasciitis. They are nice and warm and last about a year then they show wear and tear.
