- Question : What is the material of the board?Answer : The board is made of 100% natural Acacia wood.
- Question : Can I use this board as a cutting board?Answer : Yes, one side of the board can be used as a cutting board.

- Question : Does the lip interfere at all when using a rolling pin?Answer : Not that I've noticed.
- Question : I have a full bull nose edge on my counter top will this work with the edge on this board?Answer : Yes! The edge of the board is deep enough to catch the edge of the counter.
- Question : Does the stencil leave marks all over the dough?Answer : Absolutely not! This is a wonderful pastry board!
- Question : What is the finish on this board; is it food grade?Answer : There doesn't seem to be a finish on it. I have washed it a lot, it is easy to wash. For storage, I slide it between my refrigerator and wall.
- Question : Is there a cover to store a large wooden pastry cutting board?Answer : It does not come with a cover. You could probably make one right quick. This is a big board and quite heavy.
- Question : What are the dimensions including thickness?Answer : PRODUCT DIMENSION: 24” x 19.75” x 1.5”
- Question : Can I get a larger one, 22x30?Answer : This card is big. When making bread I first make a sponge. When all the flour is added I will have 3 loaves. There's plenty of room to handle working with 3 loaves.
- Question : Do you need to apply oil to maintain this?Answer : Yes. When I purchased this board there was a recommendation at the bottom of the screen about a suggested oil. It works fine. I would hesitate to use any type of salad oil because it can go rancid.

Zelancio 1 Cutting Boards Editorial Review
This pastry board is a large and functional board made in the USA. The board has circles with measurements engraved on the board, taking away most of the guesswork involved in preparing pastry products. Customers are pleased with the functionality of this product, noting that the lips on the front and back of the board are very functional and serve the perfect height. The measurements on the board are very helpful, but they get covered pretty easily with flour if board casting heavy. Complaints are mostly about quality control issues or damages during delivery. However, customers seem pleased with the manufacturer's response to issues, providing excellent customer service, a prompt replacement of product, and often allowing customers to keep affected boards without return.
