- Question : What part is spandex and can this shirt take heat transfer vinyl?Answer : The whole thing is spandex, but mainly the cuffs and waist. It can take heat transfer, but it would fall off or peel sooner than expected. Embroidery is recommended.

It comes in an unusual vertical pattern, which might take some getting used to, but it has grown on some users. The shirt is versatile, and it can be worn alone or layered. It is also suitable for use in temperatures between 25 and 45 degrees.
