SAMSUNG Monitors Editorial Review
The Samsung 49 Odyssey OLED G9 G95SC Gaming Monitor is an excellent display, with OLED fringing that is noticeable at first but gets easier to ignore over time. The design and color are amazing, and the monitor is perfect for gaming. However, the monitor may not be the best choice for work as it only has one DisplayPort and there are issues with recognition. Additionally, the ClearType text settings for Windows are not compatible with the OLED subpixel layout, and the monitor's brightness is anemic. Some users also have privacy concerns about its Samsung Smart Things feature. Overall, the monitor is costly but worth the price if it meets the buyer's needs.
