Does the Pro Plus work well for a classical/nylon string guitar with a flat radius fingerboard?

I am not sure about its compatibility with a classical/nylon string guitar with a flat radius fingerboard, but it works well with 6 and 12-string guitars.

Does this work for a baritone guitar?

Yes, it works for both baritone 12-string and regular 12-string guitars. It is a great capo.
