- Question : What is the Heat-resistant temperature of the chopper bowl and the beaker？ can I put hot water into the chopper bowl or beaker？Answer : I don’t know exactly, but I would not hesitate to put very hot water on the chopper, but you could distort the plastic. I have put very hot soup on the chopper and cover in order to emulsify with no adverse problems.
