Knutson's reply, I do not understand what he/she means, when they state that it is not a full insole and just a heel and arch area? Mine covers the entire bottom of the feet! They are sure nice and comfortable-the leather is really ultrasoft, as stated. Also, there is a customer service number on my packaging - you might want to call them at 1-866-360-3226. Good luck.

No, it is a thin heel support. It’s less than 1/2 inch.
