  • Question : Since gecko aquariums need different temperatures on each side, where would you put this? Where in the aquarium?
    Answer : Since this will only supply the temp info for one spot, I would get two and put one at either side.
  • Question : How accurate is the humidity +/- ?
    Answer : Not very accurate.
  • Question : How do you change the temperature unit?
    Answer : There is a hole button on the back. It needs a paper clip or other object to click it.
  • Question : Can this get really wet? I need to mist my BP’s cage quite often.
    Answer : As long as it doesn’t drop in the water bowl, it should be fine. It's not waterproof.
  • Question : The hygrometer reads 'hi'. What does this mean? How high is 'hi'?
    Answer : When the humidity is about 95%, it will show 'HI', and when it's below 20%, it will show 'LO'. 'HI' means the humidity is out of the range from 20% to 95%.
  • Question : What does H1 mean on the Hygrometer?
    Answer : I don't know. This device didn't work out of the package.
  • Question : What is the temperature range?
    Answer : Temperature Range: -10℃ to +50℃ (+14℉ to +122℉).
  • Question : Will this work with a high humidity dart frog vivarium?
    Answer : The humidity range is 20% to 90%, but it's not waterproof. It cannot be kept in the vivarium for a long time.
  • Question : How do you change this from Celsius to Fahrenheit?
    Answer : It needs a paper clip or other object to click. There is a hole button on the back.
  • Question : Can the velcro be stuck to the back instead of the front?
    Answer : Yes, it works both ways.
