There is sticky adhesive film on the back of the frog sticker. It looked great when I got it, but the colors (especially the orange) faded very quickly in the sun.

And can it be put on a window that rolls down?Answer : I have it on a fixed window and side of my car. If it is real chrome I would venture to say you’re fine. If applied well I would think it can last on a window for quite some time.
