The long window rod reviewed here seems to be of good quality, sturdy and easy to install. Customers were able to hang a variety of curtains using this, from blackout to heavier types of drapes, without sagging or breaking. The rod comes with four mounting brackets, and customers have used two or three depending on the width of the gap. However, it is unclear whether this long window rod can be used outdoors. The product is available in brushed nickel, and reviewers found it to be sturdy, heavy-duty, and lasted a long time. One downside mentioned was a missing hardware from one set of brackets.
