    Answer : Do NOT buy this phone. It is 3G and obsolete. You have been warned!

    Answer : Yes, Tello might work. But you have to activate the Tello SIM in a 4g LTE phone, leave it in there, make and receive some calls, and then (and only then) migrate it into the Blu Quad band. That worked for me, hopefully it works for you!
