  • Question : Does the interior have non-stick walls? Any idea what the voltage is?
    Answer : Yes it does have non-stick walls. To clean use a soft, damp sponge with a non abrasive liquid cleaner. Pour on the sponge. Voltage is 110. Watts are 1800. They recommend operating the oven on a dedicated circuit separated from other appliances.
  • Question : What are the outside dimensions?
    Answer : What is the inside Dimensions will a 12 by 15 pizza stone work?
  • Question : What is the highest temperature setting for this new breville the smart oven air?
    Answer : I verified with my oven thermometer that it does in fact reach 480F unlike some competitors that can be up to 25 degrees shy of the set temp. It took 25 minutes for the Smart Oven Air to reach 480F.
  • Question : What comes with the oven, racks & pans, etc.?
    Answer : There is a pizza pan, two racks, an air fryer rack, and then black pan that's almost the width and length that sits on top of a rack and has about a 3/4 inch side all the way around.
  • Question : Does the top get really hot? I would like to mount into my cabinets like a microwave.
    Answer : Breville sells a cutting board that you can keep on top of the oven. It works well to diffuse the heat on the top, thus not heating any cabinet above it. The cutting board is on insulated feet, so the board also does not get hot.
  • Question : Can you prepare microwave popcorn in this unit?
    Answer : If you have an extremely small microwave oven, then yes, yes you can. 1) Place the microwave popcorn into microwave oven. 2) Place the microwave oven into the Breville oven. 3) ??? 4) Profit!!
  • Question : Can I dehydrate putting another dehydrate basket on the second rack - thus using 2 dehydrating racks at the same time? Thank you.
    Answer : Absolutely. You can fit 4 dehydrate baskets in this oven at once. Extra baskets are available for sale.
  • Question : Does the proof option have steam in it?
    Answer : No. I'd suggest a tray or something with a bit of hot water on the bottom rack to maintain moisture while proofing.
