My husband bought a backpack from them, it arrived with a broken zipper so he contacted them and they sent him a new backpack for FREE, then tried charging us 5 times for another backpack 4 months later. Long story short, they are a HUGE RIP off and not worth spending your money on, nor are they worth spending at your time trying to fix/replace.

However, the product is not without its flaws. The handle seems to jam after some use, and the telescopic handle push button may malfunction even after just a few months. People with a lot of tools to move around will appreciate the size and durability of this bag.
