- Question : These cups lasted for maybe 20 batches in my old popper. In my new one they last one time. Anyone else have this problem?Answer : I used to be able to get at least 4-5 uses out of one popper cup, minimum. Now I barely get one use out of one without it burning a hole in the center. I bought a new popper thinking it was the popper that was the problem. That's not the case. It's worse with the new popper. They burn a hole in the middle and so many kernals don't get popped. A lot of waste is happening. I'm ready to ditch the whole process. Very Frustrating as I loved using this for so many years now up until the last year.
