No. I have read misleading reviews saying it has torx, but does not.If you need a good ratcheting Hex Set, get this and you have room to buy/add the T-25, or other, bits you use most often, security or nonsecurity. It has six extra holder spaces in the box. Hope this helps!

No, the kit does not include a 2.5mm hex bit.

Are the bits magnitized?

Are the tips magnetized -- no . their held in by a magnet in the handle. which is Ok. I just wish it was a positive clip as you can have them pull out if not careful. The bits ARE NOT magnetized .

I think the smallest is a 2mm. It should say on the description, I love this kit. I work on machines in a factory.

Are these tamper proof torx?

I can't swear that they are tamper proof...but the set is a quality set and has magnetic socket set that I believe would suffice as a 'tamper proof torx' set. This set is only $15.00. Although to answer your question it isn't advertised as a 'tamper proof torx' set. But I don't think you could go wrong with this set. I bought it for Gun-Smithing; and it works GREAT!
